Ordering & payment
- Add items to your cart and tap Checkout.
- Pay with M-Pesa: you get a prompt on your phone, enter your PIN, done.
- Prefer to chat? Order on WhatsApp and pay on delivery in Nairobi (M-Pesa or cash).
- We confirm every order on WhatsApp.
Delivery
- Nairobi: free, 1–2 days.
- Rest of Kenya: KES 500, 2–3 days by courier (G4S, Fargo, Easy Coach).
- Orders before 3 PM are sent out the same day.
- Upcountry orders: we send you the courier tracking number on WhatsApp.
Returns & replacement
- 7-day replacement if your item has a factory defect.
- Send us a short video of the problem on WhatsApp and we arrange the exchange.
- Keep the box and all accessories.
- Not covered: drops, water damage, power surges, or changing your mind.
