The Dropshipping Process
At Trivo Kenya, we operate as a dropshipping business. This means we source our products from professional global suppliers. To keep our prices competitive and offer a wide variety, items are often shipped directly from our manufacturing partners to your doorstep.
30-Day Return Window
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with photo evidence.
Note: Because we source from various partners, we may ask you to ship the return to a specific warehouse address provided at the time of the request.
Exclusions
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
